6-Storey Building Refurbishment

A Central London building owner needed a complete structural and interior transformation of a 6-storey period property from a stripped shell to a fully fitted, high-spec commercial space.

The project required full strip-out, temporary weather protection and bespoke engineered timber truss fabrication at roof level, co-ordinated across six occupied storeys in a live Central London streetscape with all works meeting commercial building standards.

A fully refurbished 6-storey commercial building with new bespoke engineered timber roof trusses left exposed as a feature, Velux skylights, glazed office partitions, premium oak flooring, full first and second fix electrical and plumbing throughout, plastered and decorated walls, freshly rendered exterior facade and a reinstated Georgian entrance handed over to a high professional standard.
